The hashtag #Foreveralone and #Singleforlife insinuates that being single is often associated with being lonely. However, research has shown us that you can have a healthy single life by fulfilling the lonely feelings with a proper self-care routine. During this workshop, we will explore how to decrease Chronic Loneliness and increasing self-care in your single life. We will specifically target ways to increase your mental, physical, and spiritual health through having a positive mindset, positive affirmations, and positive self-talk.
