Imposter syndrome is a psychological pattern and limiting belief in which one doubts one's accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud."

 

Unfortunately, imposter syndrome is a self-limiting belief that can hold back folks from excelling in their personal and professional lives. One of the best ways to work on imposter syndrome is to understand it and talk about it.
