This class will explain what are traumatic bonds, how do they form, what symptoms/signs you need to watch out for, and how to break them. This open discussion will provide you resources on breaking free from traumatic bonds.

Participants will learn the importance of creating a healthy lifestyle by ditching the diet and creating movement and healthy habits.  

A global pandemic forced us to make major adjustments to our everyday lives and what we consider "normal." A year later as everything opens up again, how do we cope with our new "normal?" This class will give you the tools to navigate transitioning yet again back into the workplace while also coping with the losses that you may have experienced.  We will develop a plan for moving forward that is conducive to your mental health.

A class for helping people find community in experiences of pride and marginalization regarding the intersexuality of race and sexuality.
