My ideal client is one that may be struggling with their emotions and anxiety. They are looking to change their mindset about somethings in their life or looking to gain a new perspective on the things that are currently going on. They are open and honest about the things that they want and ready to put the work in to go after what they want for their future!
I have over 10 years of experience in a variety of treatment settings including inpatient/outpatient substance abuse, community-based services, adolescent/ family, and adult. I use a unique blend of CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused, reality-based to individuals, couples, and families.
