I want to acknowledge your courage to seek treatment and build a therapeutic alliance to better cope with life struggles. I have worked with children, teenagers, young adults, adults, and 55+ population in Los Angeles County through community mental health providing a person-centered, non-judgemental approach to assist individuals in working through depression, past trauma, anxiety, and myriad of life stressors and situations that can impact our daily lives.

Counseling is a passion for me and I genuinely enjoy building therapeutic relationships in order to ultimately help individuals through any life difficulties they are experiencing. It is very important for me to provide a safe, judgement-free environment to support individuals in their journey of healing.

I have a Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California and a Bachelors of Arts from University of California, Riverside. I utilize various treatment modalities which include but are not limited to psycho-dynnamc, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

I look forward to meeting you and help you recognize your greatest strengths in order to reach your highest potential!
